Our club was founded in 2005 and has since established itself as one of the leading addresses for martial arts and self-defense in Munich.
We offer a wide range of courses for all ages and experience levels, so everyone can find the right training with us.
Our qualified trainers are ready to teach the martial arts: boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling and MMA - whether beginner or advanced.
